Yahoo/OVI APIs and Flickr maps help needed

Have you had a look at http://maps.cloudmade.com/ ?

I can't do programming and whatnot but from what I can tell you can plug a custom map style into APIs using that. I had some dorky fun earlier this year creating custom maps because I am dull like that. It's fairly simple to do.

These maps look really cool.
It's still way over my head but I can see some stuff that I like so I'll get reading.
