I have Shimano ones. They're pretty expensive for what they are, but they're much easier than sawing off braze-ons. Simpsons Cycles in Kentish Town have them in stock, I bought mine there a couple of weeks ago.

Decent DT shifters are indexed for the rear mechs. That's what I'm using now, Shimano 600 8-speed ones.
