I've not built it up yet but it's going to be a single speed. I took the forks to an lbs and they comfirmed they took bolt fitting only so those tektros are correct. The frame is from the 70's and although not totally a tourer it does have eylets for mudguards henve the clearances being even greater with 700's and the need for them long drop brakes. I've tried some 700's in it and it has virtually the same geometry as a Pashley governor. It'll have x28 tyres to lessen the contrast and a bit of Brooks so should all come together as a relaxed townbike.
