It sounds like you're unsure of the English terms/names. If you're in Italy I don't know if it matters...sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs, but:
The bars you want are "bullhorns".
Bullhorns usually take "aero levers" or "bar-end brakes". As nutsjesmoar said make sure you check the diameter of the inside of the bars. If your current brakes are "cross top" brakes, like these:
...then you will probably be able to use them on your new bars if they are the same clamp size. The only problem is that if you use bullhorns with a downwards curve then it is much better to have aero/bar-end levers.
If you are changing the bars, you need to make sure the clamp size of the stem and bars are the same. I think the fuji is 26mm. Personally I'd probably change the stem to an oversized 31.8mm, because you will probably want a shorter stem anyway.
You will need new brake cable if you change the levers. I would buy bars and levers that allow for internal cable routing.
Profile Airwing Aero usually come recommended (and they're cheap). Also have a look at Syntace. I had the Profile's and liked them... altho in the end I realised I prefer drops.

This thread has some recommendations (as well as other shapes of bars): http://www.lfgss.com/thread16416.html

Hope that helps.
