well you're out of luck fella if you're after 105/600 as I'm pretty sure that higher end 7 speed freewheels by Shimano were only made in the Dura Ace range and were close ratio. By the time 6 speed was out Shimano was already on to uniglide freehubs.

The other option is a 7 speed suntour freewheel which I happen to have :o), it's a 13-30.
