I know that many councils offer free training so my initial plan was to raise awareness. Whether that be by inviting representatives from cycling organisations or from the councils themselves I'm not sure. I'm going to bypass the endless online forms and phone some people tomorrow to see what they think. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
