Hello! I am posting this for my upstairs friends/neighbours. There's a good size double room in our house from the end of this month.
Rent is £350 pcm including council tax, yes Bargain! electric is done with a meter but works out less than 10 quids a month. Gas is quarterly and usually about 70. There's internets and telly too but that's cheap!
Living with two other guys, both early 30s. The house is one of the huge victorian double fronted types and has a massive living room, it's split into two flats. You also share use of v big back garden (side access) with me. House is on a really nice quiet road off Herne HIll. 5 mins to station and the half moon, 10 mins to the prince regent and the velodrome.
You can keep bikes in the entrance hall, I used to before i got a bigger room. One of the guys has a bike upstairs too. PM me if you are interested/have any questions .I will pass on details. Will put some photos up tomorrow if anyone is interested.
