This is all based around where I used to grow up, I'd be really impressed if anyone does this fixed as some of the hills are seriously steep - Worlds End and Minera to Gwynfryn must be close to 1 in 4, Worlds End has the added benefit of a slippy ford crossing half way up it.
The climb up to the Horseshoe pass is a nice long climb but I think I only ever did it on my mountain bike.
