Ok thanks for the advice, ill try and re-tighten again,i may have over stretched the stem tho,bought new bars and Scapin panto stem, a very tight fit on the bend,did a bit more research on net,stem and bars ever so slightly different sizes,F****!So thinking that screw may be handy....anyone??
