Going clockwise early this evening, riding up the hill from Robin Hood gate I noticed a collection of bikes on the side of the road and a figure lying to the side of the road.
Male in his early 30's lying across the kerb where he'd come to a stop after coming down the hill anti-clockwise. From what I could tell he was conscious and breathing but not moving at all.
Helmet seemingly intact and I'm hoping no head injuries, but extensive road rash to back, ankle, knees and elbows.
An ambulance was racing to his aid within minutes anyway - here's hoping it was just superficial injuries.
