  • i really want to measure my power, but why?

    i don't race and have no particular goals

    but just want more information

    its not like i take the current data from my garmin and then train to improve it (actually i do try to maintain a steady ish cadence)

    and then as I ride with a club it's not as if I could do the iso-power thing as the power output is harder to maintain at a constant level when ascending in a bunch etc

    though perhaps this could inspire me to start doing tt's
