Rotafix the cog onto the freewheel thread and/or use loctite, plus bb lockring screwed down as tight as you can on top of it, again with locktite if you like. Aka suicide hub. Should be fine if you dont kick back too hard on the pedals. Rear brake is a good idea if you're not comfortable relying on the front.
