Seen a Brooklyn Gangsta on here with real battered neon paint and it looked really good so i thought i'd go for something similar. So the clear coat is just to protect the frame. I'll be giving it a couple of coats of white and then some neon green. From previous experience with rattle cans, the patina shouldn't take to long to appear.
