Please report dangerous drivers to the police - Roadsafe. Report to plod, not just whinge here.

Did I imaging that there is a website where you can look up addresses of cars? I would like to explain to a driver that just because you don't like that a cyclist is in front of you, does not mean you drive at them in anger.
I am thinking of making up some stickers with a made up picture of a gory accident with the question 'is this what you want?' to put on their cars.
