They are all easy if you know them.
This is the probably the most misnamed bit of water in London. Once you've worked out what it is, you can find out who built it, where he lived and then where the tag is.
My plan to do it early this morning was scuppered by moderate drinking last night. Might try and work it into my busy afternoon schedule.
