Ive been reading a bit more on it...

From Reddit:

"Domain is owned by draftfbc, which is an ad company that has previously worked with tobacco company Fortune Tobacco...
It's probably a viral ish smear ad about the plain packaging on cigarettes laws in australia."

...which makes it marginally less cool than I initially thought.
