sweet stuff prov. I gave up 2 and a half years ago and my experience of it was that it was just a mental barrier that I crossed. Gave up twice before for 6 months but deep down inside there was a little devil that said i would return one day, and I did. The third time I just instinctively knew that it was over so i relaxed because i had mentally blown away that little devil inside. To make sure i stayed clear of pubs and other social links to smoking for about 6 months and on my return to the pub I got pissed on 3 pints. Keep it up dude.
