We currently have 5 places listed in London (although one hires out Bromptons which I don't think will be suitable for this chap).

Alternatively, go to the home page, http://www.cyclehireinfo.com and type in London into the search box and it will come up with the above. You can also search by specific criteria, so he might want to do that (e.g. long-term hire perhaps).
