You already have the campag ones, right?
Chainrings cost what they cost. £62 is more than £35, so just buy the chainring. You will probably have a use for it in the future, and if you don't you can sell it.
Don't worry about 165mm vs 170mm there is only 5mm difference in it.
Re chainline I would suggest you utfs and find the answer on the transmissions database.
