Karta at the Bicycle Library has had all of his bikes stolen in a mass theft

I saw a raw metal track frame with very distinctive curvy seattube and small (20"?) White wheels fir sale at the bottom of London fields. Is this one of the stolen numbers? Looks vaguely similar to the black one in the pics...
