I rode to brighton today, alternative route to official L2B. Did it on the tandem with forum-lurker, roadie. It was slow and unpleasant, but the furthest the tandem's been. Made it up every hill and nothing went massively wrong so can be considered a success. Just got a mysterious buckle in the rear wheel to deal with now.
