Trouble is, it could be many factor, it could be a poor choice of saddle, a poor choice of cycling short, bike fitting (i.e. saddle a tiny bit too high can increase friction), etc.
perhaps it would be idea to talk to someone like Bike Whisperer to get better advice than online.
