been using savlon/sudocreme before, during and after... i think i narrowed it down to some undershorts i got from lidl, and don't think wearing looser shorts over the top has helped either. making things hotter/creating more friction than necessary.
just really frustrating i've been upping the training and it's been going well, hate to have time off especially as i'm going to be away from a bike for 2 weeks at the end of the month.
