depends if you want to 'beat your times'
if you can do a hundred miler, get off and have a normal day the next day,
youre in a great state.
I never do any 'training' because Im always on a bike, so unless you wanna start racing Cav, just enjoy life!
I hope I'm in this shape. I've got three consecutive hilly hundred milers on 6th, 7th and 8th July :)
I just love beating my own times. I'm more than happy with the whole riding more makes you stronger thing for now.
