Had my cast off today at long last (2 weeks)
The incision is alot bigger than I was expecting
I'm told the plate has six screws holding it to the bone and another screw bone to bone.
Is this on the big side as plates go?
I'm told that bone might weakern if the metal takes too much of the weight
anything I can do?
I was also surprised to be out of a cast so soon
