I finally got mine own back on Virgin in away.
I used Quidco to sign up with them (online rebate site). Just looked at the site again as they had a deal that suited me at the moment . Virgin Paid me the £60.00 rebate after not giving them any money! a small but sweet victory for the hell they caused me.
