  • If they use MS office as part of their day job go into Auto correct options in word or powerpoint (Word options/Proofing/auto correct opitions /”replace txt when you type box”) and set random common words (or names used by them regularly) to update automatically as they type.

    You can be as subtle or as crude as you like – **setting it to change “the” to “then” is simple and annoying or setting something like Dear “Boss” to become Dear “fkface” for something with more impact
