I Just wondered if there are any rules as to taking the jockey wheels off a campag mirage rear mech(2003) for a clean up? I have been putting it off for a while and they are covered in grime and recently the whole derailleur locked up which I assume was due to dirt in the jockey wheels...
Is there a type of lube which is best to use inside the wheels before putting back on? And is there a specific torque for the key bolts? (I did try looking on the campag site but couldnt find an number)
