Yeah campag lockring. I'm in Stoke-on-Trent (unfortunately)
It would come off apparently, but would be a bit of a mission - pouring boiling water on it etc. Probably more suited to someone just wanting to run the 18T cog TBH, I rode it with no issues at all.
