I've decided to ditch my ikea chef knife for something better. I've done some googling but as usual it's all contradicting and payed for, so wonder if anyone here can recommend something decent? Happy to pay a fair bit as long as it will last me a fair while
will use it for general cooking, mainly vegetarian and fish should that matter
