No, but you are not far off.
The brand has now been sold to Millers (SAB )
The brewery was brought by a couple of marketing people a couple of years back who were clear that their business plan was to create a national brand and the sell it on. This they have done.
Don't be surprised to see the brewery eventually move from Rock.
