Well, I had a very nice email from Barney Ingram at Rapha and I have to say their customer service is excellent.
It seems they are having intermittent problems with some of the Rapha + PS range, especially in regards to the new merino mix but they are endevouring to sort it out.
(Paul Smith were also excellent to deal with as I bought the hoody from them) and I'm a happy boy with all problems resolved satisfactorily.
