I'm a doctor and had just crossed the road when I heard the screaming. It appeared like he got sideswipped by a large blue (?garbage) truck. The chap had his helmet on and was concious and speaking at the time..obviously in shock. No obvious bleeding but didn't like the look of his legs and couldn't tell if he had intenal injuries. Stayed with him and told him he was going to be fine till the cops arrived and moved on as there was nothing I could do. Credit to the cops who arrived within a minute. Logged on just to see if there was anymore information on the chap..sincerely hope the 'fatal' message above was wrong.
