What do you think its worth???

You're not really getting this are you? OK to ask that but I'd say the below might affect it's value. Particularly the questions: is the frame true? Are there any dents? Try looking at all the things I wrote.

List components, describe accurately, if they're rated, you'll get better offers.

Deraillieur : Huret? Cyclo?
BB and HS
Bars & stem
Wheel parts inc freewheel (4 or 5 speed?)
Cranks? Look like Williams, check... List any stamps into the metal.
Brakes and levers

Is the frame straight, any dents? Describe the details. Don't take photos of the middle of tubes, take pictures of the clusters. This frame is fillet brazed aka 'lugless' which was a speciality of this fabricator.

Think about offering to send it to people, you'll find a seller much more easily if they don't have to go to Loughborough (no offence to Loughborough!)
