Hi all, I'm looking to repair my school run bike which I am soon going to retire and pass on.
I'm looking for a 28.6, band-on, bottom pull front mech that will work with a triple chainset on a hybrid via rapid fire shifters. The one that broke was Shimano Alivio - my kids used it as step to get on the saddle. Function more important than looks.
Also since I'm doing this, my son also broke my rear mudguard (more shattered it really) by shoving a stick in the spokes whilst I was wheeling the bike. It would be nice to get a replacement in silver to fit 700c x32.
