But as a serious answer just be sure to have plenty of oustide parking bays (not sure how shops get this fundamental concern wrong), friendly staff and yes.....more spoks!

That section is pretty narrow, although to be honest I can't even remember what's outside Bicycle Magic, despite riding past lots of times. I'm sure BM would have explored all the possibilities in the past, but I'm sure Tower Hamlets Wheelers would be happy to help. I'm in the group in Hackney, and we've also done plenty of work on cycle parking, so I could advise, too.
