Been texting with will today who says he has access to 2 portoloos and sounds like its a go. I think we are safe to assume will will sort it out..will confirm

Updated list:
• Referee chair - Will
• Bins – recycling and rubbish - Hayden will find a couple more bins
• Spreadsheet for scoring and brackets - hayden almost done!
• Recording scores - ALL in shifts during the day
• Collect cash - josh and bogey at registration in exch for disclaimer 10am
• Trophy – in the works with RV, eggpie and Josh
• Prizes –billys will deliver sat. Bogey checking haywards thursday
• Greg will debrief players before tournament starts
• Greg will be in charge of getting teams on deck for next game, will get nice ladies to summon the beasts.
• Harvey is putting together lucky bags. bogey and josh will hand out at reg.
• Drag mattresses and sofas from roller area Saturday eve
• Tea and coffee all day - RV test urn??
• Big map with toilets, parking, food - bogey
• Bogey will check parking lots dfs.
• Water bottles – Johnny
• Lee coud have people to stay at his if need.
• More tables would be good, anybody? there are some bits at the court that could be assembled
Saturday night
• Greg can you get beer please??? when do you leave for paris
• If so we'll need raffle tickets, cups and someone to man the bar.
• Saturday night - george to play records, shut down at 2
• Harvey will call the Junction to check on Guest list numbers for the scruff.
Lots more little stuff on the day but looking gooood!!!!
