To work this morning: A little chilly but once I got going I felt neither hot nor cold, not as much wildlife about as normal but plenty of Red Kites as per usual, very little traffic, legs felt good for once!
Home from work this evening: Significant temperature drop after descending from the ridgeway into Oxfordshire proper so I was a little chilly, heard a couple of owls and saw some bats, almost no traffic, just the oon and shadows for company, legs felt good until twinges of cramp whilst spinning downhill, and not so good thereafter.
88 kilometers55 miles for the day. Must do that more often.
