I'm going to assume the bandaged foot is in fact some form of mechanical doping. You've had an engine fitted inside your calf and there's now a protruding jockey wheel which can be placed on the chain behind the front mech, providing effort free acceleration to in excess of x miles per hour (where x is equal to the speed of light SQUARED).
