85k into the Essex lanes, went out to Matching via High Beech, Epping, North Weald, Moreton and Little Laver and back via High Laver. Stopped for food at Ashlyn's but they were only doing cake, it was good to warm up though. Looking forward to exploring round there more when it's warmer and I'm fitter.
The wind was dead against me from Matching all the way home, that was fun (sort of).
