3 hours in regents park!? That's some impressive will power. After an hour my mind is blank and I hate myself.
Little 40 mile ride in Essex yesterday, was lovely and warm, followed by a horrible ride out to Hillingdon to watch a couple of club mates race.
If anyone knows a pleasant route out to Hillingdon, please tell me.
