I bought a frame from Hilary for around 75, small decent frames can be hard to come by...
Oh actually, PM Hilary, there is a beautiful little pink track bike in a thread somewhere for 300, buy that and switch the fixed cog for a freewheel...
I wish it had been around when I was building my sisters bike!
