  • yes it works for stupid people! Do you seriously buy taste the difference because you actually think it tastes different?

I've been polite, and it is clear to me why you're raising such a load of nonsense on this thread, because you're involved in another, rival magazine.
This, frankly, is not the way to go about it.

You still don't understand what I was saying, and I feel that you're MA in psychoanalysis is going to be a waste if you can't understand simple concepts.

I'll semi-cite a study done on drugs (pharmaceuticals): people will preferentially buy the branded 'neurofen' over standard drug store ibuprofen, despite the contents being the same.
It is not due to being dumb, but due to a fairly well understood belief that price=quality.
This is true throughout nearly all human purchasing interactions, including bikes, and the accessories related to cycling.

I have no doubt if I were to look in your cycling collection I could find plenty of stuff where you've bought a well known name over a cheaper generic. No doubt, because, although you think you're smart, you're not, you're human. And people all work the same.
    Me included.

And no I can't afford taste the difference, so I've learnt to cook so that the food tastes good.

I hope you've understood that through a roundabout way, I've called you an idiot, but just in case, you're an idiot.
