Hmm, just seen pictures. I reckon, judging by that 78 style horn grille that they are made by LML in India, in which case they'll probably be better quality, body and paint-wise than the crap that Piaggio were chucking out 2 years ago.
Scooterworks is in Lower Marsh is it not? or have they moved. Enid St is the other address on the google results.
