No dates are going to suit all the people on the forum, but as long as you can get six people down there you'll be fine.
IMHO the best thing to do is pick your definite dates as far as possible in advance, then let people know about them, so they can plan to be there, rather than at throw-ins.
I have enough yellow pipe for at least a dozen mallet heads if you need some.
I'll come along too whenever I can.
