Although the Damo train was nice, i'm thinking of hiring a cottage for the bank holiday weekend this time. I'm thinking just a two up for me and the missus but if there's enough interest, it might be better to hire one for more people.

Where are you looking to rent from? Everywhere I looked at has a 1 week minimum stay and it's all weekend to weekend so doing a long-weekend isn't possible.
