Caustic soda has never failed me with bad drain blockages; mix it in with hot water for good measure, pour then leave for 30 mins flush with water and repeat...be careful though it's nasty stuff so don't get it on your/skin/eyes/genitals.

Ha ha.

Is it stronger than Hydrochloric acid ?
