Pinarello claim their frame are 'Made in Italy' but what that really means is they painted them there. The frames were made in China/Taiwan.
Personally I've no problem with Chinese manufactured frames, what galls me is when companies like Pinarello claim they are made elsewhere use this to justify an inflated price. To single out Pinarello is probably a shade harsh, as there are many, many frame manufacturers who exploit the law to inflate their profits.
