Have done the odd 5 mile run and a few lunch time spin classes. It's all gonna be about lunch time training for me. Will start on the squats and bench presses, or whatever it's all called in the gym, when i get back to work on Tuesday. Am really missing being onthe bike, i even dreamt about doing laps of regents park last night. Oh well, back to my 15 yr old bottle of dalmore and fantasies of riding HH in the sun.
