Its not that bad, I haven't done it for a bit, I started in my hallway so I could hold the walls for balance - after an hour I'd almost got it. They're a bit of a bugger to get up to, so I used to use a couple of yellow pages as a step up. I'm hoping I will use it more if I have the bike already setup on it.
You have to concentrate a lot though.
